That's a gorgeous TV setup you have there.
Thank you! I have made a lot of changes in the last year.

Just curious, what turntable model is that, and what is underneath it? Vibration dampening foot pads?
It is a project debut III. I am trying out some practice hockey pucks for vibration. I mainly got them to go under speaker stands, but they are kind of soft for that purpose. I think they work better to isolate equipment...or to practice hockey.:D

What AV receiver do you have? Is that a 2011 Denon model?
The receiver is a 4311ci and it has AirPlay built in. The new Audyssey calibration in this receiver is amazing.

Am in the market for a 30" too. Not impressed by the glossy 27" (headache) and black bezel. Aluminum looks better:)

EDIT: thanks for sharing the wallpapers

Took me a day and a half to get rid of the old wall mount for the iMac and the logitech speakers, plaster the holes, paint the wall, then install the new wall mounts for the iMac and AV40s. I tried my bestest to get all the wires as clean as possible, and I must have used about 50 zip ties. NIGHT AND DAY between the AV40s and the simple Logitech 2.1 speakers I had. My next step, laterrrrr on, will be to build my own desk.

A few weeks ago, we got a LG floor stand, from LG, to place TVs on. We didnt want to use it, so we decided to throw it out. Before I through it out, I decided to take it apart, and I found two LED strips in it, so I took them home and added them to my desk. I placed one above my keyboard, so when its dark in the room, I dont have to turn the lights on. I also have a set of LED lights behind the iMac, which I got from Meliconi, but I will replace those when LED lights from Ikea, when I decide to make the desk.

Just cleaned up the desk, finally.

MacBook does not normally live there, it's just there for the pic. Specs for both the iMac and the MacBook are in the sig. :D

IDK about you, but dating cost a lot of money. Then if it turns into a relationship, it doubles. Even though I date men; they still cost a ton of money. I am more then sure most women would cost more.

I could have a room full of displays with what I've spent on dating.

Going back to my mbp classic set up. Bought this 2.4 2008" MBP from a member here for $350 because it had a screen glitch. Broke down the computer and solved the problem - all it needed was some tape. Installed a 500gb 7200rpm drive and 4gb ram while I was in there. Computer said "replace battery soon" but I have 3 hours on good use with the battery despite it being at 350 cycles. Selling my unibody HRAG to free up som cash for other goodies, but this should do quite nicely for the time being.

Peabody, it seems like you're constantly moving through new hardware!

Then again...I do the exact same thing...in the past 2 years I've had 3 notebooks, 2 iPads, and four different phones. :D
