You guys make me feel bad that my setup and desk look more like Steve's in 2004 (see Time photos). Actually my desk is quite neat, but I have a second desk next to it that looks like Steve's. ha.

I won't be posting any imagine anytime soon, perhaps I should rent a storage locker. ha.

Currently they are connected directly to the imac from the subwoofer's RCA out... i have an alesis io2 usb sound card which i had 1/4" connected to but I was getting ground loop feedback through the speakers. Trying to sort that issue out. Bought a "Hum-x Power filter" adapter in the mail from ebay... hopefully that fixes my problem!

It's not a traditional 2.1 sound system, the unit needs to be on the desk for the best sound.
