They are, as mentioned, IKEA dioders. You can look that up on IKEA's website.

I agree I must find a cover soon for the cables. The thing was, I just wanted to make sure these are the only cables I allow to go in my iMac. After a few weeks of using this setup, I'm pretty sure no changes will be done.
I posted my setup last week but I got a new printer which was too big for my old desk, so I went ahead and setup some desks we had laying around to make an 'L' + added some lamps and speakers.
