My set-up:

Apple 27" Thunderbolt Display
Mac Mini (2011)
Powermac G5 (late 2005); 4GB RAM
2012 mid 13" Macbook Pro
iPhone 3GS (16GB)
iPod Touch (64GB)
iPad 1 (16GB)
Apple Wireless Keyboard x2 (getting another for my G5 Saturday)
Apple Magic Trackpad
Apple Magic Mouse x2

Non Apple:
Samsung 24" LCD for the G5 (I want an Apple monitor to replace it)
And a Samsung R510 which I've had for years :p

I guess you people can see now why I want the 23" Apple Display now, to sorta complete the set-up :p

Nice setup. Just like myself though, we need cable management. :p
Would you say this set-up or mine is "better"? Which would you rather own and why? My set-up or the set-up attached to this post? :p

I really want the 23" ACD to complete the set-up, as the photo of my set-up shows XD :p

I envy this set-up, it just looks clean. Thoughts? :D

What should I buy next?

Yours. I hate squared (no corner section) desks.

I think in the above set-up he owns more than me, I'm surprised you'd rather own my set-up. :p

What should I buy next? :p

How can I improve my set-up?

It's all about comfort, not what systems are there. I prefer corner desks over squared ones.

What do you have for backups?

Cable management....

External hard drives as well as a Windows server in my room haha.

What Apple hardware shall I buy nest? I'll probably buy a 11" Macbook Air, iPad (2013) next year, and I'm getting my mum's iPhone 4 next year as well. And I'm also going to look into buying an Apple TV next year too.

Its not what should I buy next? It should be what equipment (Apple, Windows, or Android, etc.) will help me in my daily routine/complete my tasks efficiently. There is no point in owning a ton of Apple hardware if your not going to use it. Ask yourself what you would use the most.

If that's an Air, get an Air. If its a TBD, well then buy that. But don't just buy something for the sake of owning more Apple products.

This is my setup at home. I'm pretty proud of it. Sorry for the crappy iPhone pictures...

Next its time to work on improved cable management, lighting, and a DSLR.
Feel free to ask any questions.

I like the clean setup and the black, white, and aluminum color scheme the most
