Very nice setup! Is that your girlfriend/wife?!

How about the brand of those two little tower speakers with the MacBook? Love their design. :)

Those are Bowers & Wilkins MM-1s, although they come out at a whooping $500! I've tried them at my local Apple store and they're great looking and the sound is top notch (although I'm not an audiophile)

I actually got to test out a pair myself just recently thanks to a friend. While they are great, they are very neutral sounding. If you are a basshead or enjoy BASS, these aren't for you. However, if you enjoy the natural sound, go for 'em.

mm-1s

the B&W MM-1s are phenomenal speakers... in my opinion, one of the best 2.0 audio rigs u can buy and i've tried them all... the poster above is correct in that they are lacking in the low end but for the discerning listener really keying in on high audio fidelity, there are few choices as good as these... this is part of the reason i run 3 separate speaker rigs on my primary console as i like to play video games and listen to techno but also kick back with some smooth jazz/classical to unwind so... best of both worlds i guess

Odd Q but I'm trying to get a desk together, is that table top 75cm deep? And is that a 27" iMac?

never did understand why people keep apple boxes:confused:

Silly, resale is often better. I have all my product boxes but they're in the attic. I don't display boxes; that is something I do not understand. Just means more **** to dust.

Mac mini to 20" cinema display. The other macbooks just wanted to pose for the picture.

I had to rework my set-up because school started up again. I'm a Graphic Design major and desperately needed the drafting table functionality of my desk so I wouldn't kill my back working on projects. I moved the Cinema Display to the other side using the file cabinet to support the weight of the screen. The weight limit for that side of the desk is 25lbs and the ACD is about 25lbs. Having the file cabinet their isn't ideal but it'll work until I can afford a wall mount of some sort. Sorry for the iPhone 4 shots, I didn't feel like unpacking my dslr.

I hid the lamp cord right after I took the picture.

On a side note this is all the crap I have to bring to school:

Backpack full of Binders, Textbooks, and 15" Macbook Pro
Cannon DSLR with kit lens and 75-300mm lens
Bag full of art supplies
Tackle box full of art supplies

It's all worth it though! :D
