I really like your setup, I love how it is so simple and clean. Nice desk by the way :).

nice desk. where's it from?
what kind of support is it on? legs?

I believe that is a kitchen countertop from ikea. beech wood if I'm not mistaken.

I think so too because an earlier setup a few pages back had one identical to it and he said it was a countertop from ikea

That's a nice looking table. Which model is it?

Haha yes! Hope everyone who is curious finds this helpful, but I have been searching for something for weeks!

I eventually went with this kitchen countertop from Ikea -
I believe it's the Numerar - It's def the Oak version, cut to 79"x23"

Came with legs on it in the As-Is dept. I lucked out, the whole thing only ran me $149.00, would've otherwise been around $210.00

The only reason I know is because I'm going to replace my galant corner with the same thing, except I'm going for the 96" length version with brushed nickel legs at the end of the year.

most impressive thing about your setup, how clean and hidden the wires are. I'm moving soon and I hope to have my wires clean and hidden like that

I have to find a way to hide wires for iPad, iPhone, Macbook, Vita, 3DSXL

My set up while im back at my parents for a month.

The desk I'm using I bought from IKEA and have had since 2008, great desk. I'm using a 20" HP monitor but would like to upgrade to a Apple Thunderbolt Display but that's just not in the cards right now. My Mac mini is kept on the right hand side right under the drawer. I have the base model mini with an upgraded 8GB of Ram, Apple Superdrive and two external HDD (500GB for Time Machine, 250GB for other backup to bring along on the road if needed). Will need to fix the wiring but too lazy right now lol.

I was debating between a u2711 and ATD and eventually just went with a 24" (Dell U2410). I'll upgrade in the future when I need the more screen space but for now this cuts it fine.

I bought my table at IKEA around that time 2008-09. When they still make, pull out keyboard. Nowadays IKEA is all about "Table" no compartment no pull out keyboard.

Waiting for the upgraded minis and thinking of going dual 27" thunderbolt displays.

My setup is in my garage which is under renovation so excuse the carpet and exposed cement :D
