Man, I'm pumped. My buddy needs his wall mount back for his TV (I was borrowing it til he moves out) so I decided to hook my TV up as my monitor and just buy a new TV in a month or two.. What a good decision that was, now my 24" LCD TV is my monitor. I got a Mighty Mouse for Christmas and ordered a wireless keyboard last night. I'll post pics once they keyboard comes :)

Well, I decided that I wanted to use my 32" lcd as a TV again, so I bought a 22" Westinghouse lcd to replace it.

New speakers too!

Is the PC working part time as a Hackintosh too or did you just install a dock in Windows?

No, like said, Im using the 22" screen as another monitor. :)

My PC is dual booting with Windows and Vista. Although Vista is the only MS product which has finally turned me off of PCs. I can't stand it.

That 32" TV makes the keyboard look tiny! Much better proportions with the 22" monitor. And isn't it nice to have a big TV and a big monitor?

Much higher resolution with the monitor as well, enjoying it at 1680x1050!

Could only squeeze 1360x768 out of the tv, anything higher and the refresh rate would go out of whack, causing it to flicker and look like crap.

I'm betting that the tv is a 1366x768 tv, but for some reason they only like to get 1360x768. Same thing with my tv, you end up with a three pixel wide band on each side that are unused. I just have to find out how to get that resolution over DVI > HDMI for my VGA input on the tv broke.

Texas, unfortunately.
lol, i know people who still use that thing, when at swim practice, one of the mothers were using it, that thing looks like a sandwich when its close:rolleyes:

Yeah, but it sure is purty. :) I have a white iBook G3, only because I needed the speed. If those came in 800 MHz versions, I would've gotten one.

Anywho, my old camera went to my brother for christmas as I got a new camcorder/camera.

Oh, and I took off the duct tape on the monitor. :D

All this resolution talk almost makes me want to go back to a CRT. I loved getting perfectly usable 1600x1200 resolution on a 21" monitor. Now I have either 1280x854 on my laptop, or 1280x1024 on my 17" LCD, or both of them put together for some bizarre hybrid shape/resolution. I miss the extra real estate, that's for sure!

Haha, I don't miss the bulkyness though, and the damage they did to my eyes.

We finally decided to treat ourselves to new computers. After spending 4.5 years with my 12" PowerBook, this 20" iMac feels huge! After unboxing, I had to get out the ruler to make sure they hadn't sent us 24" ones by mistake!

And just because the view from the office area is so cool...

So everyone is posting and i just felt like posting my setup again. There are a few changes since the last picture. New PSP and Mouse oh and iPhone

Sorry it's kinda dark but thats from actual low lighting in the room and i didn't feel like using flash. There's also the fact that my camera is REALLY crap eitherway.

I dont like the star wars logo on the back of the white PSP, very annoying in my opinion, but anyways, AWESOME CLEAN SETUP!!! i think imacs look very nice with light wood, mine is a lil dark :(
