Oh gosh even I hadn’t zoomed in that far :p In these corona-y times, my laundry schedule has fallen a little behind, I hope MR is a judgement-free zone...

Hey man, in corona-y times, folks get bored and have to fill all that extra time with something. Why not excessive bed linen washing?

I really like the mix of old and new. It's like a Cheers meets jony Ives mashup. I've seen a few pics with that vented box. What is that? It looks like a NAS box or some other neat bit.

Best of both worlds imo. MacBook Pro 16-inch and LG UltraFine 5K.

My wife has the same chair, it's an IKEA something or another (forgot the name, sorry).
She absolutely LOVES it, worth every penny.

My setup is centered around my Dell U4919DW 49" monitor. I have a 2019 16" MBP/i9 2.4Ghz/64GB/2TB/5500M 8GB connected through a CalDigit TS3+. I also have my work laptop, a Dell XPS 7590 15"/i7 2.6Ghz/32GB/1TB/GTX 1650 4GB connected through a Dell WD19TB dock. Also pictured is my wife's 2018 15" MBP/i7 2.6Ghz/32GB/1TB/Vega 20 that I passed to her when I bought my 16". I also have my 2020 12.9" iPad pro there on the desk. I'm supposed to receive my iPad Pro Magic Keyboard tomorrow.

Redid the entire office. Went with the Uplift V2 (80x30) with Pheasantwood; Steelcase Gesture with Headrest. 16" MacBook Pro running through the Core X Chroma with Radeon VII, which drives the Samsung 34” CJ791. Caldigit TS3 Plus is driving all my external drives and peripherals and is also powering the Cintiq Pro 24 on the right. PC is an i9 9900K with 2080 Ti and 32gb of TridentZ RGB. 2020 iPad Pro and iPad Mini 5. Keyboard is the Zeal Xeno built with lubed/filmed Zealios V2 67g, with MT3 Serika keycaps and matching Serika Aviator.

My utilitarian setup. It does me well. Mid-2012 MacBook Pro 13 (with a spare), Asus PB258Q Monitor, various hard drives, a drive dock set up as a raid, etc. View attachment 910683

Nice setup, the 2012 MBP's will probably go down as one of the best versions of all time. But I have to ask where your sport allegiances lie. I see what looks like Verlander in a Detroit uniform. The World Series VIP pass for I think 2010 which was Texas and San Francisco. And then what looks like Rusty Kuntz of the Kansas City Royals sitting in the dugout with I can't tell who else. Just seems like an odd mix.

My sports allegiance lies with making a living by making what I hope are interesting and storytelling images. I'm a freelance photographer based in metro Detroit. That would be Max Scherzer, not Verlander, the light makes it one of my favorite pitching pictures and I've shot a ton of them. My World Series VIP parking pass is from the 2012 series between the Detroit Tigers v San Francisco Giants, and you are right that is Rusty Kuntz, one of the nicest men in baseball, in a quiet moment chatting with manager Ned Yost.

That's probably one of the reasons I've never really gotten into sports. People hold others to weird standards. Just because I'm from Boston every one of my Facebook friends assume I'm a Patriots fan and just posts the stupidest nonsense on my feed when they go to the Super Bowl. I'm like, bro, I don't even watch Football. Can't people just like sports in general, and multiple teams without arbitrary judgement? It's a little too hardcore for my sensibilities. Weirdly, it's probably that culture that has kept me away from it for so long.

Forgive the mess - am in the process of moving and am temporarily waylaid at home with the folks. The eventual goal when I finally get settled in my new place is to get an L-shaped desk with proper room to spread out.

Right now, my iMac is my web-browsing media hub (no longer into photography, which is what I bought this for) and my gaming laptop is hooked to a Dell S2715H (I do have a cooling pad for that, but right now, it's sitting on the stand reserved for my work laptop). The tower is a former gaming rig I've now reserved strictly for folding@home (team eVGA) that's hooked to a Asus VH222H for monitoring purposes.

Keyboards: AZIO (MK Mac and MK Hue)
Mice: Logitech G500 (top), G502 (bottom)
