Finally got pics of my setup after setting up my new Ikea Bekant Standing Desk. The desk moves up and down on electric motor. Great investment.

Just changed up my set-up and added a few things.
Added: HP Envy 32 QHD Display. Apple Bluetooth Keyboard. Apple Magic Trackpad. Twelve South Book Arc for my 15" MBP. The display is absolutely amazing, I highly recommend it.

Wow

A really beautiful and stylish setup, really like those speakers

Picked up a used 27" TBD for my bedroom office, I actually prefer something in the 24" size for my room but there's not much options for my 13" macbook pro.

Here's the before...

And now.. Installed new lighting fixture to spotlight so I can ditch my table desk for cleaner desk surface...
Planning to upgrade the table legs with some DIY piping since the ikea legs are not sturdy at all..

That can give you problems with the veins in your legs. - They will burst, just like barbers can have problems with this when they're older. Take a look at your grannies legs, she will have some.

It's called lack of regular exercise! Most important in our youth and adulthood ... yet still relevant when over 60.

Traditional Cultures:
Chinese, Japanese, even Blacks (well Black don't crack lol).

Exercise over 60:
Tia Chi, other martial arts, long walks on non level grounds over the distances, etc. Look at the number of reported vericose veins and leg issues in elderly in these cultures.

PS: I'm Black & Cuban heritage from Jamaica/Cuba (in reference to the joke above).

That looks gorgeous!
Out of curiosity, what kind of usage do each of those see?

And you're not afraid of death or injury!?

Seems like a fantastic idea in theory, but I'd fall bust my butt within 10 minutes after getting distracted! Still, if you can manage it, more power to you.
You have to take it slow. If you want to do a real workout, you can easily remove the desk. My treadmill ( maybe all treadmills) has an emergency cord that turns off the treadmill when you get too far away from it. Of course, if you are a total klutz, I would not recommend it.;)

The thing also works as a standing desk with the treadmill off. If you are curious about safety, they cover the subject in detail in their manual.

This is my setup. I try to be minimalist and organized, but I'm not great at it. My cable management is kind of an eyesore.

The poorly chiseled apple box is something i made in high school, those dark accents on the corners annoy me.

The cylindrical blue speaker is an Ultimate Ear Boom. Its insanely good, id recommend it to anyone who listens to music or plays games, they're so much clearer and the base is so much smoother than any speaker I've ever owned.

The mouse is a Logitech M570 trackball mouse, I've owned it since 2011 and although i love it, i wouldn't recommend it. There's a problem with the mouse double clicking when you drag windows or files or anything on your screen, it only happens sometimes but its a well known issue that is only fixed with a soldering gun.

I apologize if the pictures are too dark, i just hate the way the ceiling lights make a room look so yellow so i try not to use them.

Messy Temp Office

Morning,

A messy setup for a Network Manager. Normally I get to hide away in my own office though we are moving/building a new IT Helpdesk Centre. During this time I have to set on next to the Helpdesk... :(

1x MacBookPro Retina late 2013
1x 24" Dell U2412M
1x 24" Dell P2411H
1x iPad Air 64GB Wifi+4G
iPhone 6 Plus 16GB used to take photo.

On the edge of the desk is a MacBook Air Late 2014 and iMac Early 2014. Building an image for the next rollout with them.

Everything about that image screams class!
I love it.

Can I ask where you got the stand for your Thunderbolt display?

I recognize that!

That's a monoprice "multi media desktop stand" hehe. I have one for my monitor too :D
http://www.monoprice.com/Product/?c_id=109&cp_id=10910&cs_id=1091002&p_id=9434&eform=e

They also have a slightly wider one. (I have this one)
http://www.monoprice.com/Product?c_id=109&cp_id=10910&cs_id=1091002&p_id=9435&seq=1&format=2

Thankfully mine didn't have "monoprice" printed on the glass lol.
