Really love the table setup. I want to go back to something L-shaped, and will probably do something like this. Ikea tables?
Yes all IKEA. It is 3 Limnon tables. One corner and two wing tables. I just wish the corner desk had the glossy top like the wing tables do. I did not realize that until after I bought it. I will be doing an updated desk tour video soon.

Yes, my computer is right next to my bed. Gives you an idea how important it is to me.

My current setup... I had to get an external monitor (a cheap 22" LED LG) due to neck & back pain. It's not as sharp as the Retina display but I got used to it pretty quickly. The iPad Pro is usually propped on the piano in the next room. The cat... shouldn't be there but it's her favorite spot!

Love how the Bose speakers are no longer there xD - The new iMac's built-ins certainly sound more or less just as good.

Sorry my built-in iMac speakers sound like **** compared to my Bose MusicMonitors. Maybe the new thin iMacs have a lot better speakers then the thicker ones did, but I'm not buying it.

I wish I had a Mac setup to put up, but I don't. I live with my girlfriend and her parents due to the fact that my immediate family has had an emergency and basically packed up and left. So my Mac setup consists of my MacBook Air being carried in my bag, iPhone 6 Plus, and iPad mini. I don't really use it at a desk, so it just is wherever I feel like using it. Miss my iMac setup :(

That mess makes me anxious!
Me too. I'm not a neat freak, and really appreciate seeing setups where people put in hints of their passions. However, there's a big difference between neat freak, and not taking care of your equipment. Heat and dust kill electronics. Many people who spend a premium for their computer equipment, especially equipment that has aesthetic appeal, tend to take care of what they purchase. For some, it means a minimalist setup. For others, myself included, it just means keeping the area clean.

I remove everything and blow it out with compressed air every 3~4 years. Bought that Mac new in 09. It's never crashed or had a freeze in all that time. Before that it was a G5, G4, PowerMac7500, Quadra 840, Mac IIFx, SE30, Plus, and as a kid, an Apple IIe. Not one was harmed by dust or heat.

Most every serial killer was a neat freak. And most Sane people are slobs.

The clutter was horrific, but the dust is dangerous. Like you said, I may be a bit messy, but I'm always clean.

I'm glad to hear your equipment has survived. The serial killer/sane person quip is based on what? Movies? If you can find 2 believable links to back up your claim, I'll have a good laugh and concede. Until then, shenanigans.

Me too.

Now I have to stay awake until I forgot it. I don't like nightmares. :(

Now drinking: Red Bull sugar free (1:35 AM)

Red Bull doesn't do anything for me. I can drink a whole huge 20 oz can and take a nap 10 minutes later. Im not sure if its a crash im experiencing that makes it so easy to fall asleep afterwards or what. I do like the taste. It just doesnt keep me awake like you would expect. My only guess is its because i'm heavily medicated. I also noticed both the regular version and the sugar free version both taste extremely similar.

That's just wrong. The complexity of humans is reflected in the diversity of their behaviours.

It always seems to be the people that don't keep a basic level of cleanliness that somehow want to justify it as representative of a virtue.

Keep your area tidy or not but be honest about it.

Strange I thought the same that night... Compared to coffee it feels like a placebo if you are really tired...
