o_0 having all of those icons on your desktop is slowing down your computer...At least put them in folders..but better yet, GET THEM OFF THE DESKTOP.
So final update for a while people, sorry if it bores you.
Now with companion 5's, iPod classic instead of Video, , i now have 4 docks in the one room!

Sorry, i know this has been asked before, and i've read the answer before, but i can't remember where... what's that cylindrical aluminum thing that's glowing blue next to your keyboard? and what does it do?
so do i. forgot it was bad 'taste' bears, not 'news'. when i worked in an office i used to have it next to my computer. people wouldnt realize it was a camera, they just thought i had a bear with a huge package. then they kind of realized it was a bear with a huge package. LOL!

How do you like that Samsung 24"? It's glossy right? I've been considering the Acer 24" 2ms w/ HDMI myself.
Only the border of the monitor is glossy black - the screen itself is matte, which is what I wanted. I do a lot of color correction and glossy just messes everything up, makes colors too saturated, etc.
It's my first monitor over 19", and I love it, it's exactly what I was looking for - $350 at the CompUSA going out of biz sale.

Is that the M-Audio 49e keyboard? I have one, but having a lot of trouble actually playing it through Garageband...are there certain settings in the MIDI controls you need to mess with?

My friends setup, same specs as me except WD internal and optiarc optical:
ANCIENT IMAC G4!!!! (i went up to new jersey from maryland the day of leopard release to look at this imac, its still works GREAT, the day after i went to the Apple Store at the Pier for Leopard)
All the good, non-overexposed pictures were taken with my Casio Exilim EX-Z1080, the rest of the bad ones were taken with my old Casio Exilim EX-Z1000. The one taken of my friend's setup was with my Sony Ericsson w580i.

It's just a basic camera effect - I shot it on a tripod in manual mode and the exposure required a few seconds, so the only movement in the shot was the screen saver and it basically caught all of that movement
