Is that a glossy display on that Macbook? If so, I've never seen a picture of one that looked that clear and... "reflectionless"?

Hmm, I dunno. There was no direct lighting on it (I used no flash), and the picture was taken from above, so any reflection would just the white of the keyboard as opposed to something like a window.

All MacBook screens are glossy AFAIK.
I was certainly given no option when I ordered mine.

Oh sorry, my original post was poorly worded. Of course it's a glossy display. By "I dunno", I was trying to say I didn't know why it looked as though it was matte. I can see why it was confusing.

Well, it's been a crazy week, and I ended up getting a new desk, yay! I also bought a nice PowerComputing PowerCenter Pro off of the LEM swaplist, so when that gets here it will be my main desktop (hooked up to that LCD and keyboard):

I am missing some of the wall decorations, but they're in the mail, supposedly!

Texas, unfortunately.
Comparison with my white iBook G3. (dead inverter board, inverter cable, whatever it is, too expensive too fix.)

At first I thought it was a bit too small, but now I'm used to it and must say it works very well.. I love the feel of two 'real' buttons ;)

It was weird having two 'real' buttons again after moving from the Mighty Mouse, it took some getting used to :)

Here's mine at the mo. My PowerBook is returning on Monday and the logic board for the PowerBook 5300 (between Milk and G4) will, hopefully, be put back in place tomorrow with a new power connector.

Finally replaced my PowerBook G4 :)

Is that a Microsoft mouse? It looks great.

I love MS's mice! I have a bluey/greyish one. I'd like to get that mouse to match all my new stuff.

Can't wait to add my setup to this thread once all the pieces arrive.
