Slight update: I sold the BlackBook for various reasons and got a 12" PB instead 1.5G4/1.25GB/100GB 7200 RPM HDD. Pristine condition.

What a beaut! I've always wanted those things. I wish Apple would release a new 12" ultraportable, preferably not a crippled, nonfunctional one like the Air.

This looks like a mix'n'match table combo from ikea, but with wall shelf mounts attached to the desk and a shelf on top.

Sorry guys for the late response, didn't check the forum for couple of days. Anyway drewsof07 right the table is Fredrik from IKEA and the top is actually a shelf that I placed on top of the table.

why not run the Cinema Display off the MBP? it would certainly be a lot more powerful and quieter as the MBP has discrete graphics and then just use the Air for the portability factor… or is it just for shows?

The Air is my main computer so all my applications and documents are on it.

That's a PowerBook G4, not a MacBook Pro. He prob. using the Air instead of the PowerBook because it is faster.

I have to admit, I like your setup. It's nice and simple yet looks great. I especially like the blue colour of the charts you've got on screen; matches the aluminium of the ACD and your laptops quite well.

What do you trade and is the Air powerful enough for it? Do you ever find yourself wanting more screen space? I have 3 monitors on my PC and I still run out of space when trading. Finally, is having the wireless Aluminium keyboard okay considering there's no numeric keypad? I'm always entering in prices and quantites while working and I don't think I could be as fast without it.

What is that mouse in your setup

I'm not sure to which one you referring to, anyway the main mouse I use is Logitech MX1000 and the one I have connected to MacBook is IBM Thinkpad laptop mouse with red lighting scrolling wheel (I don't really use IBM mouse, it's just connected to have a USB device connected while the MacBook is closed)
