This is my first Mac ever!
Let me know what you think about the overall setup....
So far its been about a month, and I love having it. Everything just....WORKS.
First off for comparison, the Beast I replaced my MBP with:
24" LCD
Vista Ultimate
Core 2 Quad Q6700
8GB OCZ Reaper Ram
8800GT Superclocked
and yes, a Coolermaster Cosmos PC Case (a.k.a miniature house, its huge)
Now for the MBP Pics

I very nearly bought those lamps this morning. I do have the same digital photo frame as you, somewhere...
I had a tidy up recently:
Hahaha I get these things from austria I do not care about the date as i only use them to scrible on and to protect the wood. also i do not get the 2009 versions till we get our next delivery to the uk (we have a wine business) so i guess ill have to wait a few weeks.

Hehe actully you are in luck well sort of. Once I have re arranged things to a satisfactory standard (hopefully ill spend tomorow doing it) I will post a new image, At the moment my desk is still way too clutterd... and as i said my soundsystem isnt pictured (i was thinking about putting the speakers next to the ACD but they just would not fit
Anyway just check back tomorow evening and there should be an update... may put the fileserver in view as it is there most of the time as well.
What do you use the LCD picture frame for? Have you hacked it to display yoru widgets or something as dastardly clever?

We already have far too many Ikea lamps in this house as it is.
Am I the only one who hates Ikea lamps because they use European bulbs, and around here I can only get European bulbs AT IKEA and IKEA bulbs suck? I'll never buy lighting from Ikea again!
