The headphones are Philips SHP895. They sound great, I've tested them against the famous Philips ones with the blue cushions (can't remember the exact model), and they sound just as good. They are pricey too, but soo worth it. The only downside is that they hurt your head after half an hour of listening. Some have stuck foam to the headband, but it makes the headphones look ugly. It does solve the issue though.

Don't the old style MacBook Pros look better than the glossy screen only unibody MacBook Pros? Maybe it is just I do not like glossy screens. I wish I could get a current MacBook Pro in the old case.

Do you happen to live in a log cabin? Unless I'm mistaken is that wood behind you?

Sorry for the random question but as an architect I notice weird stuff like that :)

I don't think having wooden walls like that means he lives in a log cabin.

I've seen homes like that and they look perfectly normal from the inside.
I think it's more common in the midwest though.

Here in the west coast i've never seen a house with walls like that.

That is wood behind my stuff! I don't know what the thinking was behind the design or the material choice, but it is real wood installed against the wall in the living room... and I do like it.

... and no... it's not a log cabin. I do want one of those though... can't say I'd want a computer up there though :p

Very nice! I love my Bose Companion 3 (I know, I know, but the sound to size ratio is great)

haha thanks, yeah I know we've had a discussion about the bose's. I really can't resist them, I always go to them in the apple store and just can't really consider any other speaker. I think I'll get them for my birthday.

Ok thanks.

Everyone else, I know it could and can be a normal house, it just looked cool and I was wondering if it was a log cabin. They actually seem to be popping up a bit more.

Some days I wish that everyone who signed up was forced to download that before they were allowed to register. :D ;)

EDIT: Drat, beaten to the punch while I was off reading other pages.

Not exactly Mac Pro status yet, getting in a few weeks, along with a Mackie Universal Control Pro, and sexy GIK acoustics room treatment.
