Here is my current set up with a few subtle changes.Still PPC based G5 & G4. I have waited for so many mac pro updates i think i will wait until 2020 and the G8 introduction lol. The close up shows the card reader i found here on this thread or the previous, plus my elagto turbo & space navigator.

Loving that fisheye shot sangimoso !

What do you do? I see plans on the wall? Architect of some sort?

Love the set up. If I had a wall that long I would probably do the same thing.

edit: whoops didnt know someone had already asked. But atleast im not alone. ahah

I love your setup, but quick question, it appears you are some kind of architect. (correct me if I'm wrong.) Anyways, what CAD program(s) do you use?
I use archicad, highdesign and my first love and favourite sketchup. I mainly do 3D work which i render in Artlantis. This is getting a little slow especially animations hence the possibility of an upgrade. For everything else the PPC is still perfect they have been truly epic over the last 5 years.

Here is my own little design studio in my bedroom :) I'm a first year graphic design student and I am in love with my setup. It actually makes me want to do homework lol.

So, what made you decide to get the smaller wired keyboard as opposed to the full-size wired keyboard? Just curious. :)

I find that the small keyboard looks alot better and personally I don't use the number-pad enough to really need it on my keyboard.

From what I've seen most people actually prefer the smaller keyboards unless of course there using there computers for accounting practices and such, those tend to want the full-sized keyboard.

I've had the wireless one since they came out and have got so used to it, i've often used the big wired one but keep hitting it with the mouse - its too wide.

the new mini wired one beats both of them for me, small size plus usb ports.

I gotcha. Nicely put. :) I personally need the numpad, but I understand that's not everyone's preference.

I've used TONS of keyboards over the years and the Apple BT (small) one is the best I've ever used. The feel is perfect. It really raised the bar for the others....

I agree, I thought I'd dislike the smaller keyboard but I took a chance with one of the new wireless ones and now I own three. I love them!

N10248, I like your desk. Where's it from?
