I just got my new MacBook Pro! After waiting months for WWDC I was able to finally order it! I read these forums all the time but this is my first post. Compared to a lot of the other amazing apple setups mine is meek in comparison but I thought I would show my setup off anyways. These pics are just quick snaps so sorry about them not being as sharp as they could be. I ordered the 2.8ghz MacBook Pro and upgraded the 500gh hdd to the 7200rpm. Thanks!:)

When my mStand arrives my set up will look exactly the same...(all same hardware anyway)

Moving from using a 32" monitor for a few months back to my 22"...it seems so small!
 
I work at a small advertising/design/web agency where I do all the web development.

Wow, your set up is amazing! I love the wallpaper on your desktop. How do you like that laptop stand? Have you thought about going wireless for your keyboard and mouse?

I don't think Dell makes that monitor anymore.

Thanks man! :D The Rain Stand is AMAZING. Extremely well built and the perfect height. I've actually gone wireless on my home setup - but I prefer wired sometimes. I may splurge and get the BT Mouse & Keyboard later.

And Dell still makes this monitor -- at least I think. The Dell 2009W.

Oh I see it now, it's on dells small business website. So do you like it? Does it have any USB ports? I can't get over that wallpaper it's very nice, as is the rest of your set up. I'm currently working on my set up, just got my desk, and building up the hardware now. I'll post pics when it's done. :D :apple:

Yea it's got 4 USB ports. 2 on the side and 2 but I/O board. It's not a bad monitor - still a TN panel though.

Work as a Linux consultant but love everything about OS X and it just gets better with each release.

Here is mine. An orignal 20" Aluminum Imac 2.0 Ghz 2GB 2400xt. The other monitor is a 19 inch Samsung.

i really like that ikea desk, doesnt the smell thing too strong to have it so close lol? mine is.. you have the best wall-wallpaper ive seen
i have a friend with that black desk and he used his mighty mouse without a pad like you and he scratched all the paint off.. so please i advise you to get a pad asap.
 
Just wanted to post new pictures since I replaced my 2 x 20" Apple Displays with 2 x 23" Dell S2309W Displays, They are AWESOME, I am in love with them!

Why did you replace them? Larger size? I hope you made some money off of it. The Dells are decidedly poorer displays, I'm pretty sure. I would've kept the ACDs!
