With my slight OCD qualities, my desk is mostly always this clean. :) Anyways - the hardware - 24" iMac 2.4GHz, 4GB of RAM, and a nice 320GB HD. Also pictures is my White Macbook (2GHz, 2GB, 80GB) and my 120GB Classic. Enjoy!

'Tis the setup of a 17 year old Mac user. As always, a work - and collection - in progress. :)

That is some funky wallpaper....

I have just received some product samples from a local PC maker. That's why my desk is so messy.

I got a Hackintosh (shame shame, I know), Gateway 2GB of ram 250GB HD 17" LCD monitor. I have an iBook G4 12" 1.33 GHZ 1 GB ram. I bought it for $10, bought a new reed switch($20), inverter board($20), and battery($50), so it was about $100. Not bad, right?

And I just moved to NC, so don't judge my mess! The picture was taken with my iPhone, so sorry about the bad quality,

Any suggestions for my setup?
Find a way to get that printer or whatever it is off of the desk maybe? Because that thing is HUGE and is sucking up space. Getting that off the desk and moving other peripherals over there will free up and clean up your desk space.

gain some desk space back.. come up with a way to drop your imac by like 1-2 inches. maybe a vesa mind you thats a little expensive, cheaper solution is build a bracket like this...
____________ the top part is the existing desk
,,|________| the bottom hangs under, then have your imac stand wrap around the back side and into the bracket you created,....(if this is really vague ill try to make a real detailed picture!!) basically the montior would be sitting almost on the existing desk surface

sorry man, i dno what its called, got it from officeworks, it looks good, but it's flimsy as. typing makes my macbook pro display shake :(

I have the same issue. Just purchased a desk that feels pretty sturdy to the touch, but my MB screen shakes as I type. Wouldn't notice it at all if it weren't for the reflections of the lights behind me jumping up and down on my screen. ><
