I love the way the HP monitor and Z4s fit right in with the aluminum/black Apple aesthetic! Nice choices! :)

I know my cat got some of your attention, heres Mickey the day we brought him home from the shelter. I had to pick the one that stood out from the rest. Glad I did. (sorry to go a little off topic haha)

Exactly 2 weeks ago I converted to Mac and bought myself a 2009 iMac 24", standard config: 2.66 Ghz, 4GB RAM, 640 GB HD, etc. with a Wireless Mighty Mouse (not really sure yet if I like it) and a Wireless Keyboard (awesome!).
Because I have a Wireless N network at home, the only wire attached is the powercord :D (yeah, I like clean)

Here's my setup in progress! I'm staining some shelves now and some other improvements are on the way when I get enough money! Any CC is appreciated.:apple:

P.S. sorry for the bad picture, it was taken with my phone.

I have those same speakers. Logitech X-240's, The iPod dock thing in the remote is pretty cool, right?

<3 iMac photos>

I got the exact same version of iMac at home for review purposes. Awesome computer. And you're right about Mighty Mouse. It's like a soap but works perfectly. I love my Microsoft Habu more, though.

@Drummer: thanks :)
I live in a small apartment so I use the space for living, dining and work.

@Praetorian: Yeah the iMac is perfect, I've never owned a better computer. Not only is it the most beautiful piece of equipment I got, uses little space which I haven't got, but it's also rock solid and fast. OSX is really great and I can run everything I need.

I've been thinking of getting the Logitech VX Nano as a replacement mouse, but I want to force myself into trying the Mighty Mouse a little bit more because I think it looks great in the combo and it works reasonably well.

Just a question, though: what's that running on your iMac? Some sort of photo slideshow/weather displayer. Care to share? :)

No, why do you say? Is it because my English is not up to par or because you, as anybody else, mixes the Netherlands up with Germany? Because that's where I live :)

wo wo there, I saw the power sockets on the wall midway reminded me of my apartment I lived in Germany, when I was stationed there. Your English is probably better than mine. I guess the power points being mid level is common across main land europe.

I'm really sorry, that wasn't the way I meant it, I was just trying to be funny :) And I'm sure you're English is better than mine. Yeah it was common to place the sockets mid level, I believe they don't anymore in newer buildings, they place them ground level now. More sensible in my opinion.

Very simple! I like!

It's the Uniqlo show window screensaver

I second this request!
I too would like this! :apple:

I wasn't expecting that! Haha lol :) I feel flattered.
Ok, I wil shoot some more pictures of the apartment tonight when I'm at home.

Btw, the lights are from aan-uit, a Dutch lighting design company. Mine are the straight white version of the Fantasy lamp designed by Marc van der Voorn, a Dutch designer.
