It's a 1.83 macbook, and it has a broken screen - courtesy of my brother, I'm going to use it as a torrent machine.

The 2.0 Black Macbook on my desk is 100% functional.

Hi guys,

I've posted in previous years' workstation galleries and here is my setup. I've moved into a new place and if anyone remembers my old room, i've continued to use Red and Black as my theme with a touch of white. I'm an avid collector of statues and I'm also a ridiculous neat freak, so yes, the room is this clean all the time.

Hope you enjoy it!

- darius

Wow! Really Nice Setup i love the feel of the room.

Thanks for the kind words!

The posters are indeed framed on wood with a matte finish on it. It's not a cheap process but I had it done locally here in Toronto from a company called http://www.movieposter.com.

If you're in the U.S. check out http://www.moviegoods.com as they also sell a larger collection and have many cool framing options.

Thanks for the links! :)

Boy, those did cost a pretty penny! But, if I had the money, I'd certainly go for it. I'm quite jealous

I love your setup, everything looks great... even the blinds match the colour of the table and it looks so cool :)

Thanks a lot! I'm currently looking at this kit but I'm not sure if that's what I'm gonna do. I may just get a body and the 18-105mm Nikkor.

that is an awesome lens if its the nikon lens i think you are on about. although, even though its not a macro lens some lens' do good macro pictures. this one just doesnt. only down side. but its excellent - love the fact it has its own motor (i think) inside the lens for really really quick focusing

Ya it's the lens that comes with the D90 kit. I've played around with it and it's great. I already have a macro lens so no problem there :D

Here is my set-up:

I'm at University Halls. Cable management is bad because there is no gap between the wall and desk :(

In the pics: Macbook 2.0 with 4GB ram and black case. Samsung 226BW monitor. iPod 16GB Touch. Blackberry Bold. Apple Wireless Keyboard & Mouse. 320GB 2.5" HDD. Blackberry Dock. Apple Universal Dock. Griffin Elevator Stand.

Not in Picture: Apple remote. ViVo All-in-One speakers. Bluetooth Stereo Headset.

What next: I have an Airport Express on order. USB HUB. I'm thinking of buying the Nikon D60 next :D

Nice setup dude! Question...where did you get that case from, for the MB? That, along with the whole setup, is sharp!

Where did you buy this? Awesome statue. I love it.

I bought this statue from a local comic shop. But if you want to find out more about it do a Google or Ebay search for "Kingdom Come Superman". It's based on the Kingdom Come comic drawn by AleX Ross.

There is also a regular version of this statue in colour, but I prefered this one.
