I try out new mouse as much as I can.

So far, MX1000 is my favorite. I gave BT Mighty Mouse a chance even though I did not like the wired version.
So, I'm guessing you have a backup for your backup for your backup for your backup for your backup for your backup for your backup for your backup for your backup for your backup for your backup for your main mouse?

Still chugging along on this old PowerBook.

Next spring she'll be replaced (finances provided) with a Mac Pro. LCD TV will be replaced by a Dell 2407 doing double duty as computer monitor and high def TV.

That is my exact plan. I don't want to be stranded without working muose nor computer. With my current set up, I was able to resolve that problem for now.

Holy Sh** :D you like Apple laptops that one thing for sure :D

what on earth do you use all those for?
I like computers. iBook for daily tug-along for document creations and minor graphic works for marketing while on the road or in the office.

Ti is now used mainly for iTune radio (through the external stereo speaker) and ripping DVDs to external HDs with MacTheRipper.

12" PB and 15" PB are used for CS2 and MX2004 works as they are hooked up with ACDs.

Dell is the work PC for Lotus Notes and company network related programs.

Tablet PC is for note-taking and virtual file cabinet (I am trying to reduce the paper document so that I can carry "electronic paper and notes" with me in this Tablet PC).

MBP is a toy for me now as I am interested in getting C2D MBP (Core Duo MBP did not make a cut for me as it was slow launching Office 2004/CS2). I am planning to start learning and doing video editing and 3D graphics with this new machine as it is more powerful than my other Macs.

If I get hooked into 3D graphics and video editing/creation, I would get Mac Pro in the future. I have to find the space for that as my desks are full with all accessories and external HDs.

uhm.

i'm having a mixed reaction, really, between "whoa" and "what are you compensating for"

seriously, sell 'em off, get yourself a high end portable and a high end desktop and be done with it already. 8 laptops? no one needs that. I mean, hell, I'm not even jealous of that.. it's not desireable.

exactly....kinda ridiculous.

sell off a majority of the laptops and keep the dell for work, the MBP, the monitors and get a mac pro. doesn't make sense to have 8 old laptops when you could have just one blazing fast one and a super fast desktop

^^^ super niiice/ clean i love it.
what are your specs?

Thanks. It's a Mac Pro 2.66GHz, 2GB RAM, X1900XT, 250GB HDD (with another 400GB on its way). I have EyeTV connected with a PS2 and a satalite receiever, all my DVD's ripped, and boot camp for games in windows, so its kinda my media center. Just waiting for the right software!

I tried to trim down on the #s. But, I heard so many horror stories in which selling has gone bad (products are shipped to the buyer, who did not pay). What would be the best and safest way to sell?
