Nice clean and simple setup. I'm liking the look of that 22 incher.

thanks man, i really like it also. I like the look of no cords showing, and having the acutal macbook pro hidden, i know its an expensive computer and now i wanna hide it lol.

did you notice the wireless MICROSOFT keyboard and mouse? will i be lynched for having that?

I still need to fix the cord situation on the floor though, ya'll dont wanna see a picture of that!

I've updated my setup quite a bit since I last posted. I've gotten both a 40GB portable USB 2.0 hard drive "Midna" and a 160GB Firewire hard drive "Bigger Than An iPod". Along with converting my 15" LCD into a projector, currently the projector is portraying a 101 inch screen (8 foot 5 inches/256.5cm). Sorry for the crappy cameraphone pictures, but I don't have access to my camera right now.

Looks like a nice simple setup. How are you liking that lovely 12" Powerbook? They're such great machines.

I try to keep it as simple and clean as possible. If I could find a way to run it with the powerbook closed, I would do that. The only way I can, though, is to check "allow BT devices to wake this computer" and that creates all sorts of unwanted side effects.

I love the 12" PB. I don't foresee a replacement until there is a comparable macbook in the line-up, and even then I don't know if there is anything I need that this doesn't provide.

Agreed. Although it is not mine, I use a 12" PB very frequently, and it is an amazing machine. The only reason I'd consider a MB or MBP would be to have the Intel Processor for Boot Camp. Still, it's not enough to persuade me yet.

Do you need the helmet because of the chair? :p

Haha, nah. I haven't needed a helmet for sitting since I was fifteen, silly.

Well if you look at the scorch marks on that couch I'd guess the helmet was mandatory!:D

Ever had a flaming Sambuca? Yeah, don't try having one form a girlfriend's forehead as she lies on the couch. She won't like you again until you buy some chocolates and painkillers.

so far so good, no color bleeding or anything like that. The resolution of 1680x1050 look really good. The speed is incredible. I have had no problems, had it for a week.

Hopefully it holds up, i thought i would just take a chance on this "cheap" by price model, and see if i can get a year or two out of it, for until i get a job!
