i build myself an "elevator" for my macbook pro. its very very stable. just need to set up 2x rubber stripes so the mbp cant move.

that digidesign rack and the focusrite octopre must have costed you quite a lot. Now.. What kind of music do you make?
it is made of massive steel. it was done with some machines that can bend steel.

How is it that most everyone can keep their desk so clean!
I clean mine up every day and it still looks like a hurricane went through the damn desk....sheesh!

I must admit i got the digidesign rack for a steal off a mate who was selling it, and the preamps were also fairly reasonable( same mate who sold me digi rack got discount on focusrite products)Lucky for me!
Also sold my maudio delta 1010 i had previous for not much less than i bought it for.
I record everything possible really.
But i like jazz so i often record myself playing along to jazz tracks for reference to see how i am doing.
Would love to use the setup more often.

(remember that it is lighter in here - but the exposure is low)Bear in mind that I did just buy this display though. We'll see how long this lasts - although saying that, most of my work is on the computer... so I don't have an excuse to get messy really.
