Here is my setup in my office. I have a Macbook, using WiFi so I don't really have a specific set up there.

aerove,

just use the same setup. take out the keyboard on your desk, and stick the mbp right there. that's it. that table you bought (well, it's not actually a table) wont work at all.

hmmm, yea .. guess thats all that can be done .. btw can u suggest any improvement in this setup?? cause in the computer table , the whole bottom left is empty ..

Set up till I get my new mac mini in oct. then the iBook will be for the on the go only...

Well, things changed... I was offered a cool job as an art director at a small local agency.

Here is my office setup. They gave me this nice 2,3 ghz dual G5 with 3 gb ram, but only had a 6-8 years old crt monitor to go with it, which best days unfortunately are gone - so I decided to bring my 21" Eizo from home.

Which gave me an excuse to buy a shiny new 2,8 ghz iMac for home use! :D
Amazing machine so far. Since I don't have a window behind me I do not notice the glossy screen. I turned the brightness all the way down and calibrated it a little with the calibration tool in the system preferences, I can definitely recommend it for graphic design use, but of course there are better quality monitors out there.

New self made Lego first gen iPod dock:

My growing mac collection. I got all of them for free, the iMac is broken, the other 2 still work.

My G4 Cube is now used as media center/eyetv recorder.

After quite a while, finally got those cool/cheap ikea lights!

Had to drive up to Canada to get them, because apparently there is no ikea in upstate new york...

Hey, just signed up

I felt compelled to upload the view from my sofa bed which has been my home for the summer. I refused to leave my setup in storage so it's here with me at my parents house.

Macbook Pro linked to the Panasonic 42" bad boy that happened to be ripped from a Natwest Bank! PC also linked to 42 and above sharp 19. Video Logic Dolby Decoder with 5.1 Phillips surround. Wireless keyboard and mac remote...I barely move.

Definately the best way to enjoy Lord of the Rings.

I love the lamps. Look very nice with the widescreen monitor. I think I should get them for myself too. Currently, I just have a ugly table lamp beside my monitor for study purpose.

I just got my birthday present... the 20" ACD. It's amazing. I am so glad I offered to chip in some money toward it rather than get the Dell. I just love this thing. the keyboard is being sent back so I can get the wireless one and the mighty mouse is on rechargeable batteries.

BTHomeHub with VoIP phone, 3rd Gen 20GB iPod (man that was expensive) and a 2nd Gen Nano. Powermate, coaster (piece of slate with Apple Sticker), Sharp 903SH mobile phone and desk charger, 2 acoustic solution speakers, 250GB Lacie HDD, White Nintendo DS. Oh yeh, MacBook with 2GB RAM ;)

The desk was a free one, due to the fire damage...

Fire damage?
Very nice desk anyhow. I have the BT HH (black though..!)
Nice setup, one of the best. :D

Thanks! :D

The practice (architecture) where my girlfriend works had a fire downstairs, so there was some smoke damage. The desks don't smell at all and we have one each. Ironically, they are both ex-fire doors that have had 4 legs put onto them.

I didn't know the BTHH came in Black. I got mine early on though... it's not bad at all.

That is a slick setup you have there. And the desk cracked me up.

Thanks again!

I got the ACD yesterday and I love it. I used to have a G5 iMac 20" sat on my desk, but I sold it in April because the MacBook was getting all my work done much faster.

I'll upgrade to an MBP maybe at some point, but right now I just love this setup ;)

Thanks! :D

It was a limited edition :p
Taking a photo of my main computer area at home now

This is in my guest room (the rest is downstairs, but that's a mess atm!) And where I predominantly use Vista/XP for my MCP/MCDST, with my Mac Mini (got it last week!).
Nb- there are alot of wires because im transferring some photos. And you can see part of my 7.1 surround sound :p
Also, It was a make-shift desk, it's a small room.
I'm moving soon, hence why everything is just.. everywhere.
Cinema Display and iMac coming up when i tidy it.

**Removed them temp**

Removed last one, will reupload later.
