Hmm, not many pictures. I think I will stick with iOS4 and my jailbreak/lock info - at least until an untethered iOS5 jb comes out...

Is there a twitter app that shows tweets from people you follow? The in built twitter only seems to show dm's in notifications.

I'm kind of nutty for weather myself.

which one do you prefer?

I like the weather channel when I want to get a lot of information. If I'm going into an app just to see what the weather is going to be like today before leaving the house in the morning, I look at Accuweather.

I also have a new toy that I found when the big hurricane was coming, I've already forgotten her name. Anyway, the app is simply called Hurricane and you can get maps, coordinates, forecast tracts, and all kinds of other information. It also has historical information going back to 1851, pretty interesting stuff if you like that sort of thing.

Hmmm ... I have Accuweather, but no option to add it to my notification screen.

If you have an iPad you'll have to get the iPhone version of Accuweather to get it going. The option is inside the program itself and once you activate it there it should show inside the settings>notifications. Hopefully thats the case for you. They need to fix that on the iPad version.

I can't get The Weather Channel app to post on my notifications. I have it set to show, am I doing something wrong, or is the app just not working right now?

I can confirm this "kinda" works. I'm still not getting regular Accuweather notifications to show up, but when I enabled the Calendar option under settings, then the forecast temps for today and tomorrow show up in the notification center via the Calendar notification. It's a start anyway, thanks. :)

So, Tweetbot will let me view current/recent tweets from people I follow in the notification center? I'm having the same issue some others were having -- there's not even an option to add TB to the notification center in setting...What am I missing?

I have tweetbot and I can see it in notification center. It will only show you notifications for direct messages/replies/mentions.
