Did you do that on purpose, or did your screen die? I was thinking of doing that with my old Pismo, not a bad idea.

Actually, I bought it of someone. I think they just removed the screen. Reasons are unknown though...

It's only temporary, I'm selling it off on eBay at the moment to get some money for a new PB. It's my first Mac and boy, do I love the ride! :D

I surf pretty much everyday(shortboard). I could easily take some pics for you, but of oceanside? That place is crappy. I live more by la jolla. Do you want pics of the peer? Send me a private messege and let me know what specificly you want, and ill work it out with you.

Nice setup!

So, are iCurves good? For 12"s or no?

:)

Nice setup (dual displays :D )
Since you are in school and maby type a lot how is the keyboard for lonh period of typing

i like it. the short presses on notebook keyboards are really comfy to type on. doesn't take much energy and travel to trigger a key. the PB keyboard, especially is very sturdy, no flexing at all. it's the best keyboard on a notebook i've tried so far, or perhaps on any KB. i like to type on my PB's keyboard more than i do on my MX Duo Keyboard on my old PC. :)

when i stayed in the dorms at my school i could and did have wireless... why can't you?

they technically dont allow and will confiscate any wireless routers in my dorm too... but i have a netgear wireless router/4-pt switch and an airport express hooked up to my tv/surround system, and they even had inspections and didnt care. all you have to do is turn down the power to like 50%, just enough for your room. in airport express, it's done through the airport admin utility

PowerBook G4 1.67 GHz 15" looks like every other PowerBook AL out there so heres a screenshot:

It moves all over the house and comes to work with me, so there is no PowerBook spot here, at the moment it's sitting in front of the TV.
