This is my desk and random area where my printer and where my study materials all are. Its kind of messy but it usually always is, im hardly ever home. Im 17, on the desk is like 20$ speakers from target, in the bag is my dell laptop, a calandar to keep track of things. On the floor is my other computer, an old 2007 acer, and my printer, on the laptop is a hard drive that i made, i just bought a enclosure and took my moms old hard drive which was only 80gb but its better than the 5 flash drives i suppose. Then theres my PCAT books(im wanting to be a pharmacist and plan on studying this summer before i go to college, never to early to start learning)
-I hope you guys like it, im new to the forums so maybe there might be more of my other room in the tv setup section.

My eyes instantly hit the PCAT book. Lol Good luck. I am a practicing pharmacist right now and do not envy you. Good that you are focused early on though.

Like I said I'm a practicing pharmacist. You are going to need a better eye than that if you want to be a pharmacist ;) We are type A and detail oriented.

Also I highly recommend you do job outlook research. The market is saturated right now, so you may have trouble finding a job without relocating. Also more and more employers require residencies if you want to work in a hospital. That would be 10 years of schooling after high school. Good luck.

EDIT - here is my current set up. It has stayed this way so far...

I've been looking up outlook and stuff and up to 2020 it said it looked good, at least not bad. I'm also going to job shadow like crazy this summer and maybe try and find an intership or something because I read somewhere that like big companies have this pharmacy shadow thing that you stay with them for 4 years and they teach you everything you would need to know and to get used to things, but then i also heard my mom's friends son got on at shop-and-save and hes not even in pharm school yet and they paying half his tutition and they givin him a job on the spot. But then again I dont hear aboutto many shop-and-save stores anymore and the closest ones like 40 mins from me. But im not to worried about things right now, dont wanna freak myself out about not finding a job or anything. But maybe in 6-7 years things will be different.

That is one epic desk lamp, mind telling me where you found it? I've got a study lamp, but I really need something that brightens up my entire workspace, now just the textbook I'm looking at...

It's made by a Norwegian company called L&K Lampekonsulenten. I bought it in a local store in Sweden. I don't know if it's available online somewhere. It is feature in their latest collection which can be found on their homepage.

Wow your setup changes very often Peapody. I'm still wondering what you did with your Happy Hacking Keyboard.

Yeah it really does. I'll probably be settled on this set up and my MBA for a while though...I hope.
I sold off the HHKB because boyfriend could not get used to it. It had blank keys.

the HHKB looks like a nice keyboard but blank keys would be to much for me. There is another keyboard made by the same company that looks very similar except it has arrow keys. still high cost though

My on the road setup...running audio cues from the MBP for "Jane Eyre" and "Proof" (both quality productions).

(Absolutely horrible iPod quality but it gets the point across I hope.

simplymuzik: your exercise ball appears to be higher than your table o_O How do you deal with that? I'd think at that level the monitors are waaay too low. And then there's the whole room for legs under the table issue.

This setup's better than mine haha. I quite like this setup.

Do you find the height difference between the 27" Apple monitor and the iMac annoying? :p:apple:
