Just an update, I got the finger print reader to work. I got the dreaded "power adapter not changing battery issue" so I took it apart and saw that the fingerprint reader cable had come loose. Now everything is right as rain

Just saw this, glad you go it working. How is the touchpad? WebOS or Android ROM? I'm wishing I had been able to snag one during the fire-sale, just to have it to mess with.
