I think tha stars are just a nice little design that people like.. There are also different kids of stars.. regular solid stars, outlined stars, and nautical stars. The STAR is one of the oldest tattoo designs.. In the days of Navy Men getting tattoos, it was nautical stars, an anchor, sparrows, and girls

is there any meaning to stars. Ive seen stars on both men and women. just curious if there is any hiddin meaning

I have three so far and truth be told they mean something to me individually. The nautical star/banner I have on my wrist is a permanent reference to my daughter and how she's my "shining star".
Star on my shoulders are more cosmetic in nature....I always wanted to get 'em when I was younger and recently pulled the trigger [after waiting forever on decent design]

I have always been wrestling with the idea of doing my legs.. still considering it.. but i HAVE HAVE HAVE to buckle down and finish my backpiece first... they were a bunch of designs that i did when i was stupid and young, and now i need to make them LOOK good..

but first things first.. i gotta get an anchor/sparrow on my inner arm - for my dad

means "virtue". It has the black outline and a deep red coloured fill.

I really regret getting it but it seemed like a good idea at the time.
