SPRINT and they were very professional, and they were even open 10pm at night, when most businesses had a holiday.
AT&T is another matter. I remembered why I switched from them. I was a long time customer from some other company that got bought up by another company, eventually got bought up by AT&T. When I was trying to get a 3g phone 3 years ago, it just didn't work, and no one can help resolve it.
Today I called AT&T again and got transferred to 4 or 5 different reps, all saying the same thing: there is a problem, I don't know what the problem is, someone else will be able to correct it, let me transfer you.
The thing is, whoever got my call cannot correct the problem. Been calling them just about every other day now, same results. Spoke to a supervisor today and he is going to try to set up a new account, with a NEW CREDIT CHECK, when I already passed the credit check. Jeez....
Waiting a day or two and I am contacting their corporate head quarters.

Finally got through to someone who knows what he is doing. He actually sent the process through in 15 minutes. Note the order was placed on June 13, almost 4 weeks ago, and I've been calling a few times a week.

July 10: 32gb black finally arrived, the rep on July 8 actually knew what he was doing.
Can't believe that over a month, I talked to probably more a dozen people who had no idea what they are doing. AT&T will get a letter about it.
