Not being nasty, if you take it that way, that's on you.

There have been numerous features demoed at WWDC over the years that come in a 0.X release, rather than an X.0 release and more of those have been in later release for other countries. This gives time for Devs to prepare for what's to come and be ready, and yes, to TALK about those features. Also, things always change between WWDC and the launch anyway, always have, always will.

The point is, it wasn't said it was coming when iOS 9 launched, so not technically wrong and technically is what matters.

they said it was starting with the US, U.K. and Australia. it started with the US only. yes I know things can change after wwdc, that's the whole point of this thread. not necessarily to cry foul just to discuss the changes.

Well it's started with the US and UK is next on the list and is coming next.... So that's not wrong either......
