Would you give an example in the speed difference between last year Pros and now? Maybe a game or app that takes long to open up or a website that takes awhile? I have last year’s 12.9 Pro, I want to see if there is an appreciable difference.
Upgrading from 9.7 is worth it for either new one, not sure 12.9 really is.

Reference #10. I understand where you're coming from regarding the 9.7 was only manufactured for approximately a year. However, I can tell you, for the time being, Apple will not replace the 9.7 with a 10.5 iPad. They have warranty devices for that unit and that unit only.
Congrats! I was weak and caved last year and got the Pro 9.7. Just couldn't stand 16GB anymore.I'm coming from an iPad Air (first generation) so jumping to the 10.5 Pro is mind boggling. Also, 4GB RAM makes a huge difference compared to 1GB RAM.
We had a moment lol
So you thought... until that employee had another moment with another customer
