K, I'll be home in an hour and I'll put it up then and post the link. It's only the 2.0.3 update though, not 2.0.3.1
I updated my firmware to 2.0.2 and got the pwnagetool 2.0.3. installation went easy, restored the phone to the custom firmware pwnagetool created. phone started back up saw the custom boot logo i chose but i have no service from at&t. i only installed cydia and the boot logo.. anyone else have this problem or did i do something wrong?
You did something wrong. You need to UNCHECK activate. Run the whole process again and make sure you select NOT TO ACTIVATE.
so can anybody confirm if this fixed the permission or saving passwords on mail accounts? I have to wait till I get off work to update mine.

I have a 2G model and since I used pwnage 2.0.2 my wifi connection keeps forgetting its password. My mail also has password issues.
I thought pwnage 2.0.3.1 would solve these problems but they are still broken.

, I was hoping that would fix the saving password issue. I will let you know if it works with 3G model, unless somebody else here can confirm.
I am still on 2.0.1 and I am thinking I will still wait for the next major update to be jailbroken. 2.0.1 seems to be running so good I have no complaints.
Funny, I use to the one of the first to upgrade immediately but with how much control I have on the phone + Netshare I don't want to loose this.

I know. All I have is the 2.0.3 version lol, I haven't pulled the update down yet and at that point of the thread the update server was down
So I had a question before I was gonna jailbreak, after you jailbreak, will the phone be like it was restored? Or will all your settings, texts, recent calls, call time still be there? And if it is wiped, will you be able to restore with a backup and still have it jailbroken? thanks
uh oh i think i made a mistake, 1st time trying to pwn my 3g. After the phone got into the DFU successful step, i tried to restore the iphone via itunes. But i skipped an important step! i didnt press ALT - restore so i didnt select the new ispw the program made for me on my desktop. So im sitting here waiting to see if my phone works...its still "restoring" ....not too sure wut will happen....arrrg...
This will probably just restore it to stock firmware. The option-restore allows you to pick out any ol' firmware. I wouldn't worry, just do it again
