I live in Oakdale, MN. I dont know if you know where that is?

My ipad was released for delivery. Hoping for it to get to my local facility tomorrow and get my new toy on tuesday

definitely... FedEx website just updated to show that my iPad had departed Anchorage, AK about 10 minutes ago. :) If I lived in Russia, I could probably see the FedEx plane taking of from Anchorage airport.
 
Looks like you might get yours Tuesday and i get mine Thursday.
Dang this is starting to piss me off lol

Mine has got to stop at Memphis still. There is 2 more hours for that flight so im thinking it will be at the Twin Cities by the end of the day if it catches a early flight

AFAIK, there are no FedEx flight flying out of Hong Kong on Sunday(5/29), so it's possible that your iPad is going to be one of the two nonstop HKG-Memphis Boeing 777 flights leaving around 8pm and 9pm local time tomorrow. :) (the inbound plane landed in Hong Kong just hours ago, but won't leave until Monday local time)

Or, it may be on the regular 7pm nonstop to Anchorage on a MD-11.(which will then end up on one of the 3 or 4 Anchorage-Memphis flights on departing on Monday)

Edit: it may also end up HKG-ANC-EWR-MEM, due to overflow problems lately.

very likely.... :) just make sure someone is at your address to sign for it. :D

or, if you live in a small city, show up at FedEx station at 4AM and stalk the driver. That's what I did when I got my iPad 1.... I know the driver for my neighborhood. He saw me and pulled the package out after I gave him the tracking number. Like I said, this was at 4AM the day after the iPad 1 was released. It was better than waiting for the driver to come around my street, which usually didn't happen until after 3pm for non-priority overnight packages.
 
I got an update that its still in HK. So it must be true that it missed the last flight outa HK and now its just waiting there for the next flight.
Which is tomorrow. Oh well ... I've been without an iPad for a few month now so it wont hurt me if I wait a few more days

If you're referring to MSP.... then yes.... :)

There is a MEM-MSP flight scheduled for late afternoon on Sunday.

Otherwise, there are no MEM-MSP flights scheduled for both Monday and Tuesday.

Original ship date: June 2
Original delivery date: June 10

Haven't been lucky with an early shipment so far like some of you. But I sure hope I get it on the 10th, I'm leaving the country for 3 months on June 11th! I'll be sure to update once I get a shipping notice though! :)

My iPad is currently on a FedEx Boeing 777 flying around 483 knots at 33,000 feet over
southern Missouri with an estimated landing time in Memphis in less than 37 minutes. :)

Yes, that's the same flight! :) It's has now arrived at FedEx location in Memphis.

If not, their next scheduled flight is Tuesday afternoon. :( (which mean
delivery on Thursday, but then again, that was the original scheduled

Looks like my ipad could be leaving Memphis about the same time yours does!
 
What I don't understand is why there are no flights leaving HK on Sundays.
My iPad will be sittin there for 2 days no doing nothing.
Tho it was scanned in HK today. I don't know why because theres no flights leaving.
