I just returned a 32gb to Best Buy for a FULL refund. They didn't even ask what was wrong. I said "I would like to return this" and they said "ok". Just ordered 64gb 3G+WiFi.

I hope you guys are right. My Best Buy said 15% when I asked them before I bought it, but said they'd waive it if I bought something more expensive.
I think I am going to return mine. I'm getting tired of the wi-fi issues, and I've yet to see anything confirming it's a software issue that can be fixed.
I really think you should wait one week. I'm am almost certain its a software issue.
