yeah I dont get comments like this. I use my ipad in a totally different way to my phone.
But as others have mentioned, use cases vary, however it isnt that difficult to work out what they need a device for or not.
From what I have noticed, a lot of people commenting on this forum are consumers. If I was purchasing as a consumer I wouldn't bother with the updates. Mine are mostly business use [although I do consume content on them also].
