I think they messed it up with the diving style ring, and from what I understand it doesn't move/spin? So it's not even functional.

It's the equivalent of putting a nonfunctional tactile qwerty keyboard on the front of an iPhone. Why? It's a deceit.

Unless they're using it as a surface decoration to distract the user from the physical hugeness of the thing. Deceit again.
