I don't have so much an issue with apps refreshing than I do with the home screen refreshing. Sometimes even after waking the device from deep sleep (like if I haven't used it in a while) the home screen will refresh.

I'm curious as to how you compute usage and performance? Usage is a individual preferences and as we all know performance is so subjective benchmarks etc. I currently use the iPhone 6 plus because I want to and like the current experience but that doesn't by any means as to what I prefer says it's better. Just curious as to when we will let all that go.

Can you expound on this question? I'm not sure who you are addressing or which aspect of the video.

I will mention that I had an iPhone 6 Plus and it performed at ~ 95% of the iPhone 6. There is definitely a larger degree where the Plus struggles pushing the extra pixels in app opening and switching performance, and of course with 3D games.
