Never too early to discuss the Note 9!

I agree.....want it to work perfectly. Just being impatientSmart thing to do if the tech is not flagship consumer worthy yet. I remember the hell users gave Samsung for the finger sensor on the Note 4, which you had to slide your finger and it barely worked half the time. Samsung wants to avoid a similar situation.

i know right? Maybe they are having issues getting it to work with screen protectors? Or speed and integration with certain apps. Not sure tbh but...lets get this done Samsung.......I can't believe the fingerprint sensor under the screen still hasn't been figured out, it's been rumored for years now.
Oh man it had better not be... Don't mess with the mighty 2001 A Space Odyssey monolith... But I think we can trust Sammy on that oneI hope it won't be a "top notch" phone.

Ha, 128 GB internal memory. Something that can be done and is done for everyone but US customers and possibly some others. If they bring 128 GB internal memory to the Note 9 again it would not shock me to see the US get only 64 GB again. It’s such an annoying regional difference because it makes no sense, just like the regional differences that saw U.K. customers get minimal specs on the LG G6. At least with the trade in of my old out of warranty S7 Edge I’ll get the S9+ for a little over $625.Never ever too early
Here's what I hope the Note9 has:
- Larger battery, at least 3450mAh
- Slightly larger display with Bezels being smaller (6.35-6.4inch)
- I'd love for it to haven't the Under Screen Fingerprint Reader
- I am hoping for 8GB RAM, to further separate Note from the S+ models.
What maybe obvious:
- Stereo speakers like S9 (don't k ow why people wanted these so badly, but they are now there)
- Variable Mechanical Aperture - Cannot wait to have this on a Note brilliant feature
- 128GB Internal Memory like S9+, this is fantastic along with MicroSD support.
Note 9 isn't meant to be an upgrade for Note 8 owners because it will have a better camera, faster processor, and maybe 2 additional GBs of RAM. None of that is worth the near $1000 USD asking price Samsung will have.
Maybe not for most people but I upgrade on a yearly basis, so if it ticks the right boxes, I'll pre-ordering.
If it has a notch, forget about it.
