Fourth macOS Sonoma developer beta hit by installation issues

A number of macOS users are finding the fourth developer beta of macOS Sonoma to be unusable, with boot loops and failures to install occurring for some trying out the in-development operating system.

Seed 2 seems to have fixed a flickering bug I had with full screen video on certain websites (fuboTV, Max, Disney) its clear as a bell now. 2018 Intel rMBP.

Personal Voice seems to be for Apple Silicon only, doesn't appear in my system settings..

Everything is ok for me with the revised DB4.
M1 Mac mini, couldn’t install DB4 rev.1 properly

Does anyone else have a problem with auto light/dark mode no longer working in Sonoma public betas? Everything worked fine on Ventura but with Sonoma, it just doesn't switch automatically anymore.

When it's clearly past sunset and light mode is still on, I can open appearance settings and change it Auto -> Light -> Auto, and then it changes to dark mode properly.

It behaves as if you have pressed ⌥⌘ while dragging.

Not just you. 2019 MacPro (Intel), same issue here. Happens about 7 or 8 seconds after launch. Always the same crashed thread:

Fo me they stop loading, when I come out of screensaver induced lock screen. Going to lock screen manually and logging back in, makes them re-load.

Was wondering why the internet on my m1 mbp was so slow compared to what I'm used to and just realised that it's showing up on the router as wifi6 but only with a max. 286 mbit u/d. It's usually 1.2 Gbit. Rebooted every device in the chain, reset network settings etc., still no luck. All other devices (also on the public betas) iPhone 14pro/M1 iPad pro/MacMini m2 pro work as expected.
Anyone else having this issue?

Interesting! I disabled the screensaver completely; I never see it anyway because my display sleeps before it starts. Let's see if that solves it for me.

So I took the plunge on updating from Ventura to Beta 4's re-release. No material bugs/issues so far and unless you use the desktop widgets, you could call Sonoma macOS 13.7
