Has anyone got a delivery day of between 21 September and 1-8 oct?
I have 1-8 Oct
Trying to establish if I'm "second wave" or if there are deliveries between the 2 (for example delivers 28 september)

Ordered Space Grey 40mm with Black Sport Loop, confirmation at 8:08 am and it currently says delivers 21st September!! Fingers crossed that's set in stone and won't change.
I've got 1-8 Oct too so I'd also be interested in knowing this. Praying we get bumped up.
I have no doubt we will get bumped up. Always happens.
My S2 had a 3 week wait and arrived over a week early
I went for the SS 44mm GPS+Cellular with Milanese loop (and a few other straps) and got 1-8 Oct.
Disappointing not to get it next Friday along with my Xs but not the end of the world.

44mm SS with white sports band ordered, very excited! Already have the same band for my Series 2 44mm, and it looks like previously they’ve let people swap them. I love the look of the Nike bands, which are the same price. Anyone on here had precious experience of being able to swap the included band for a different one?

Apple gods shining down on me today, they just replaced my S3 original black sports strap (due to peeling) and thats just turned up via UPS too. I'll keep that box fresh for the S4

The app let me in at around 8:03am, had already favourited the watch I wanted previously so all I had to do was hit my favourites, add the Apple Care and check out using Apple Pay.
Ordered the SS 44mm with white band, 21st delivery date and had a pending charge on my card within 10 minutes of ordering.

I think i've ordered the wrong size. Went with a 44mm SS Milanese. Should have got a 40mm. Got a launch day watch coming but think i'll cancel it. My skinny wrists will look silly with it. 42mm was fine, but the extra few mill will make it too big.
I thought that the footprint was the same as the 42mm...just the height that was slightly more. Why dont you try its and then return it if it doesn't feel right
Do you have a return period at all for these if preordered for collection in store? Or can you only return and unopened product?

I cancelled, I'll let someone else get their order bumped up. The footprint is bigger overall albeit minor, i made the mistake of assuming too.
The 44mm height will take it right to the end of my wrist width and then when allowing for the curve of the strap it'll look oversized. 38mm was too small for me last time, but i have other 40mm watches, notably the rolex submariner and that looks spot on.
John Lewis has yet to allow orders from their website as they always do it on launch day, so i'm hoping to grab on on Friday for delivery on the Saturday to store.

You can initiate a return within 14 days of a store pickup. You’re free to use it (just don’t damage it). I’ve done so myself. You then get another couple of weeks to return via UPS if shipping back to them so you get quite a wide window all told.
Ordered a 44mm Gold Stainless Steel with Gold Milanese Loop at 8:01 and it says 3rd-8th October in the Apple Store app, and I ordered a 44mm Gold Aluminium GPS Sports Loop at 8:02 which is 21st September delivery. Shame about the Gold Stainless with Milanese, can only assume it was never 21st delivery.
