Should I update air2 from 8.4 to 9.0.2?

Apple Music app is horribly optimised and doesn't run smoothly on the Air 2. I'm not sure whether this was the case for iOS 8.4.1 as my Air 2 came with 8.3 preinstalled (which had the old-style music app) and I've only had it a few days so updating to 9.0.2 was the only option.

I get terrible lag when scrolling albums if that's what you are talking about.It wasn't there on 8.4.1

Yes, and a very choppy rotate animation when changing between landscape/portrait modes.

I knew the hardware was capable of more, just have to wait for an update to fix it to how it should be
