Just got this in the mail. Ordered 4 minutes after the store opened and it just arrived. Long wait but well worth it. A gorgeous watch!

I'm oddly satisfied by seeing you finally got your watch but at the same time I won't deny I'm disappointed because I enjoyed your "still waiting" hilarious posts lol ################
Hahahaaa it was a fun month here at MR :D, I don't think I've ever been here so frequently like I did for the Apple Watch release :D:D

----------

Must be the lighting, but your SB almost looks Navy Blue (wish Apple would release one).
It's black but yeah I wish they release a navy one too

They will. JJ Abrams is sporting one, and if you look at mixyourwatch.com they already have them added, same ones Jony Ive presented them in Milan. #

that looks really good

another question though, How do you have a 32 GB Iphone 6 ?

Another question? I must have missed the first one.
It's a 64 GB capacity, but 32GB are filled up with songs and photos :D
Just kidding, actually I just changed my sig and that's a typo

I guess I missed the first one too :p

I had to double check the Apple Store like " Did they start offering a 32 GB now ?! "

I got a 42mm Apple Watch Sport in Space Grey on launch day for £339, but sold it to CEX yesterday for £470(!), and replaced it with a 38mm Steel, which arrived today and cost me £9 more :p

I'd ordered a 42mm steel, but as the delivery estimate was July I thought I'd try out the 38mm as it was only a 1-2 week wait. And I must say, I actually prefer it, and I'll be cancelling the 42mm. Functionally, I don't feel any worse off (I have the text size set to minimum anyway), and it doesn't stand out on my wrist as much as the 42mm did. Much more subtle, and more like a regular watch rather than a smart watch. I also love the steel - definitely worth the extra.

I'm more a fan of the classic silver watch bands. The Space Black intrigued me in the online pics and in the case display watches at Apple Stores where it looked more gunmetal than black, but it looks like the watch is much darker than originally anticipated as we now see how the DLC coating has come out.

I would prefer the SS to the SB link version, however, the most telling aspect will really be how the SB casing and link band holds up to wear/scuffs/scratching/etc vs the SS version. If it really is almost scratch-proof in comparison, I would reconsider the SB. Otherwise the SS is more attractive to me.

That said. Great pics. Sharp looking nonetheless. Just me opinions of course. Please let us know how it holds up.

Hi guys !

I need your opinion: 38 or 42? Can't make up my mind !

Thanks!

Hi. I've just received my 42mm Watch BLL - 42mm is not big at all and I have a reasonably small wrist. I'm used to wearing big watches so that affects my opinion. If there was a bigger option, I would have gone for it. Hope that helps

Hi. So here is my 42mm Watch blue leather loop - turned up just 3 days ago and it's better than I expected (and my expectations were already high!)
:)

My first Apple wearable on the left, my second Apple wearable on the right. A decade of innovation between them, but both equally fun.

Have had my 42mm SS Classic Buckle for three weeks now. The Modular face has become my everyday workhorse after lots of futsing around.

Watch OS 1.01 fixed the thing I most wanted -- my natural wrist flick now wakes the watch up instantly... and the display stays on longer. Bravo!

Once my sport and leather loop bands arrive, I'll be good to go...

To my friends in the queue -- hang in there!

It's funny I have the 42 SS Clasic Buckle and I ended up using the modular face date, moo phase, weather, time ,weather battery strength and timer.

1.01 fixed that same thing for me. It was annoying having to keep trying to get the watch to wake up.
I got my SSSB 42mm yesterday and it kicked my other one to the curb. I'll probably use the SS because I can use different bands. I want the pink sports band.
Yes hold out there folks it is definitely worth the wait

Very much agreed. The main selling point for me wasn't black as honestly it sticks out on my wrist since I have light skin....it was the coating of DLC that had me most intrigued. I hope it ends up being nearly scratch proof over the next couple of years.

Lol! I know how you feel - I'm enjoying the tranquility though, especially when instead of pulling out my phone to check the time only to find myself diving into macrumors and then the whole of the interwebs, now I just look at my watch, note the time and look away. Tranquility. :)

Isnt it weird??!! I felt like most of my life for the past month was on the forum, checking apple, or doing both at the same time!!! I've already forgotten how frazzled I was! I also think my blood pressure went down!!
