Well you will get both advices. Some will tell you its perfect and some will tell ou its way too small.
I would say it is too small... I have a 42 with 150mm wrists and love it.

My first Apple wearable on the left, my second Apple wearable on the right. A decade of innovation between them, but both equally fun.

Have had my 42mm SS Classic Buckle for three weeks now. The Modular face has become my everyday workhorse after lots of futsing around.

Watch OS 1.01 fixed the thing I most wanted -- my natural wrist flick now wakes the watch up instantly... and the display stays on longer. Bravo!

Once my sport and leather loop bands arrive, I'll be good to go...

Some Space Black chillaxin-action.... Just got my super comfy leather loop today. Key to my choice of this band is spending most of my time on a MacBook Pro, and saving the finish of the band, the laptop and my eardrums from the scraping sound of metal on metal....
