Currently browsing this thread for pix of a Sport with Blue Band. If anyone has any pix, they'd be greatly appreciated.
I think I will try that. It's not bad just hitting those buttons where they are in the photo, but even on my try on a couple weeks back they suggested what you suggest. Is the reasoning only for what one would consider easier button pushes and crown manipulation? To me, I have a better chance of hitting the crown on something with it on my hand side.

Hi Kristine, I love the aluminum. My most beloved watch ever was a Aluminum Swatch, back in the 90's. I suppose the choice was easy for me.
It's a 38mm... first, I went to the Apple store, but they only had a 42 to try on. It felt huge. Then I made myself two paper models (yeah, I'm that nerdy) and tried them both on. I kinda liked the idea of having a small watch (I knew I wouldn't wear it if it's too big), and once it arrived, I was so glad I didn't get the larger one. I'm hoping they will come out with different colour bands (hoping for a brown one), or a pale pink - that would look so classy.

Have you seen the new sports bands/colours on the http://mixyourwatch.com? One of new bands is pale pink. I personally like the red or the navy. Can't wait for them to be released.
Honestly I'm starting to like the white sport more and more, also the SS white also looks good...this thread made me change my mind about which watch looks better 10x already loll
I saw that. But I hope they are really going to come... it would be stupid for Apple not to jump on the whole "band" wagon (excuse the pun), since this would be for them like printing money in their basement. Not that they need it. The muted silver will look so good with any colour! And the bands are so simple to switch out (I think that was the whole idea behind those slide and clip attachments.)

I feel like the Space Gray is the best looking model after the Space Black Stainless Steel. It looks very sleek in person.
42 SG with Black Leather Loop
notice that the Leather Loop has a polished Stainless ring at the bottom of the strap. Overall, though, I think this looks really good. The color of the Space Grey seems on the blue-ish side. This is indoor lighting at the Apple Store, so outdoors may be different. my wrist is 170mm around.

Yeah, tried the Space Gray on at the Apple Store, and ordered mine 5 minutes later. It's my favorite one, but man, they all look nice after seeing all of these pics.

I did. I ordered the SGBSB shortly after they went on sale, and got put in the mid-late May shipping group. I had the same thoughts as you - felt very limited in what sorts of bands I could use with it. I was considering re-ordering the silver aluminum and purchasing a separate black sports band or going with a SS model. A couple days ago I cancelled my order and placed one instead for the SS with milanese loop.
