My watch finally arrived here in The Netherlands! What a wonderful device, it's amazing! Now I can also finally test my new apps in development! :)

Couldn't do an in store try-on, because AW's are not yet for sale in this country. So 38mm was a guess, because my very small wrists, but it turns out to be perfect. It's smaller than it looks on photos, so that's a good thing! :)

I love my SS 42mm BSB but I've been getting a few marks on the SS from the gym so I wanted something that looks sporty but will also help with those little scratches. Pretty happy with the Spigen Rugged Armor.

The TPU matches the BSB perfectly:

So I usually refrain being brash or negative on any internet forums but man...these pics of watches is cases make me cringe. Just awful. Would anyone ever actually put a case on any other watch?

Why are people doing this? Is it because they are expensive? I've never seen a non-smart watch, especially the more expensive ones, be wrapped in a case. This is such a weird mentality.

Sorry but....ICK!

Okay...rant over.

It's unbelievable. Not many words can describe a computer that fits in your palm like that!

I mentioned how amazing it was at a try-on, "pretty amazing to have a computer on your wrist". Her response was "actually all the processing and computing is done on your phone"

It's pretty amazing to hold it without the bands, isn't it? Really gives you an appreciation for how small it is.

I got a case for the gym/running because I've been using my SS at the gym and it looks rather stupid all shiny.

Has anyone put on a different colored Sports Band on the black Apple Watch Sport? I am interested to see what the blue and the white bands look like on it...

I think the case looks fine, not quite as good as I'd hoped. I ordered one my self. Not to protect the watch, because I do think in regular use cases that would be silly, but to give it a different look now and then. Kind of as your pointing out.

I love these people that say "it looks stupid" or whatever. Makes me laugh. It's for you to like, not them. I can't wait for mine to come. I'm going to start a thread just for it and load a ton of pictures of it from every possible angle! Lol

This would be perfect for the gym. I think it looks ok! Some people Iv spoken to don't like the watch because it's so rounded, so I'm guessing some will enjoy these cases :) everyone has different tastes. Lovely photos by the way!

Looks good, I like the band. Personally I would have went with a 22, is that a 19mm?

Also, I like how that band sits much closer to the casing than the BCB does. It's the OCD in me! Lol

It's a 20. ;)

Most likely a 22 is the maximum you get on the 38mm watch.
