It was there around 8:30 EST in the US Store. I installed it, it was working great, then tried again just now and it immediately crashed back to the home screen. So I uninstalled it, and now it's gone from the App store. Did Apple pull the big red lever?

their blog says live in europe only right now. so, looks like i'll keep refreshing until its in the app store. i had it when it was in the installer.app and it rocked.

wow, that seems like a pretty cool app. i have never heard of it (because i've never had any type of smart phone i guess) but definitely something i will download and try (mainly because its free)
What worries me is that sometimes new apps don't show up on the phone's app store right away. I won't be back near my computer for most of the day, and I'm hoping the limited free downloads aren't used up by the time I'm able to get to it!
Ah well...I'd happily pay for something like this too anyway, so no biggie. As long as it remains in the app store, and it's not another NetShare situation where it gets pulled!

because they said they would. theyre giving away 100,000 copies, then it's $3.99 after that.

I found it by searching for Simplify on my iPhone. I've been searching for the last couple of days, so the string was already populated on my iPhone, just needing a quick check a couple of times a day. Glad I got it for free though 4 bucks isn't a huge price.
What is quite cool is it displays album art even when I don't have it on some of my albums. Not quite sure how it does that when iTunes won't get art for ripped albums. Nice feature though.

Yeah, thanks for the heads up - greatly appreciated! Does anybody know if it works with podcasts or videos/movies? I'm guessing it doesn't but I could have sworn I heard it would.
should work with audio podcasts. but it doesn't support video streaming yet. neither does the desktop client though.
