There is no fix for the issue other than to get off 11.4.1.

Thankfully, after about 8 failed attempts, the wifi stayed on long enough to install iOS 12 which has completely resolved the issue.
Do you know what a logical fallacy is? Because thats what every single one of your posts in this thread are.

It was a vent thread. There is no known fix to the issue, so my phone is a $600 paper weight at least until iOS 12 is released. And even then there is no guarantee this issue will be fixed.

Can I update now? I thought I had to wait until next week.
Yes you can download the beta now

I bet you are wrong. This is a known issue with 11.4.1.

Google it.

My error was updating to 11.4.1, which has this known issue of destroying your phone’s wifi.

Or I guess you could say my error was buying an iPhone in the first place.

Actually, I had to turn on auto-join in the WiFi settings to ensure my 2018 iPad would automatically connect with my network and not lose WiFi every few minutes in 11.4.1.

Have you tried turning on auto-join?

This is the first time I had select something else in the WiFi settings to ensure a constant connection.

Thanks Apple!

I love having a useless phone where wifi cuts off every 3 minutes.

Actually using the Internet on your phone is overrated anyway. And who has time to watch a video that’s longer than 3.5 minutes?

Wonderful quality control. Better hurry up and hit send before wifi cuts out again for the 700th time in the past 30 minutes.
The sarcasm has a level of thickness that is quite normal these days. Turn it up a bit more, make it entertaining please mam/sir.

Your wifi disconnects every 3 minutes, or every 23.3 seconds?
