iPhone 13 Pro Max So, now that it release day what did you actually choose?

Only new feature I see and I enjoy my tech is the color Starlight (ashame). The rest of Apples so called features really won't even be noticed Pro or non pro.

Therefore I pre-ordered the iPhone 13 starlight base model (already have icloud 2 tb and a 1 tb iPad pro). IPHONE 14 Pro max of 2022 is when I may go Pro again (complete redesign necessary and a fingerprint reader), haven't went Pro since the iPhone 11 pro because Samsung and Android devices actually have many actual Pro features.

Was tempted to go Max as I use my phone for work, reading, and media consumption, but I'm very active and always use the phone with one hand when I'm out walking, hiking, etc., and need that safe grip.

Might go crazy and buy both...og regular Pro and the iPad Mini.

Went with 128gb 13 pro graphite coming from 64gb iPhone 8. The 8 had its toll and I suspect the battery was causing some random restarts and shutdowns.

Really excited with the 13 pro. Didn’t opt for the max because I was worried that I wouldn’t adapt to the bigger size coming from the 4,7in of the 8.

just an FYI, but there are companies out there that will just sell you a camera, a much better camera, for much less than a pro max iPhone costs.

Coming from a Midnight Green 11 PM 256 and going to a Gold 13 PM 256. With the trade in deals it seemed silly not to upgrade!

Didn’t see the point in the extra storage as I’m only using 22GB of it as I’ve got everything through iCloud except apps on it plus it’ll cost less than my current contract with my XS.

this will be my FOURTH attempt to upgrade from my iPhone 8 Plus. I have tried X, Xr, 11, 11 Pro, 12 Mini, 12, 12 Max here’s hoping 13 is lucky.

Wait…you have a iPhone from 2020 as your EDC…yet you have a 13PM exclusively for photos? Why not get a quality DSLR? Seems like a poor choice of finances.

I haven't budged from the Black Mini. I knew it would be the one since rumors of weight were posted months ago. Color-wise, even the Chinese were surprised there wasn't a Bronze. I tend to use a very minimalistic case that exposes both sides of the phone, so Pro models were out of the question.

I purchased the 13 Pro Max 256gb silver for media consumption, 120hz, and the cameras. My last small phone was the Xs, and I regretted the smaller screen for a year until I could upgrade to the 11 Pro Max.

11 (non-pro) 128GB > 13-mini 128GB. I’m a guy and want to try a smaller phone…something that can easily fit in my pocket with minimal added bulk/weight. Plus, the iPhone is not my primary device for videos and internet (That’s the IPP’s job). I’m gonna give the mini a try and see how it works out. If I just don’t like the size after using it for a week, will return it and go for the Pro 128GB. But, I have a feeling it’s gonna work out just fine with the mini. That’s the plan.

This is exactly what i’m doing, but I’m getting slightly more storage at 256.

Went for 256gb Sierra blue 13PM.

initially went 128gb Sierra blue 13PM, then cancelled and was hovering the blue iPhone 13 mini 512gb. Quickly took the 256gb when 2 units appeared suddenly and snapped up within 1 minute. Lucky me!!! Checked at the right timing and took $65 dollars off preorder unit!

retailers here are withholding the stocks and releasing mostly the 128gb variants as there is a discount if you pay with a particular credit card. Once awhile 1 to 2 of the 256gb and 512gb variants were released but quickly snapped up.

1TB gone mostly and the 13 were all also gone the first 15 mins. Only official apple has all the stocks but people are buying off 3rd parties due to the discount and no frills instalment plans by the credit cards tie up with 3rd parties.

based on my observation here, the unpopular variants are the 512gb IPhone blue mini 13, 128gb 13 PM gold and blue. Surprisingly the graphite sold out all variants.
