I get the impression the new range was kinda rushed through ..... new keyboard but still the same plastic mouse and remote ..... WTF ?!

Does Apple have an official policy to ignore certain sections of the market like gamers and TV watchers ??!!

Will there ever be an iMac with a kick ass Graphics Card and built in TV card ??

It is called the Mac Pro. If you want more power you have to pay for it and they are not going to make a super powerful iMac for gamers when you can buy a Mac Pro and expand the thing yourself.

Good question cos all the gamers i know are all console gamers. In fact, i don't think i know ANY PC gamers. Some would argue i get out more.......i'd say there are more console gamers than PC gamers.....but thats just me

You are confusing the tiny number of Hardcore gamers with the HUGE number of casual gamers ..... Hardcore dudes need a Water Cooled Quad Powered Cray ..... Casual gamers just want a single high spec ATI/Nvidia card

The iMac won't be a gaming machine anytime soon.....people should realise that by now.

I'd be happy with an average spec card. not even high spec.. sadly it seems that what Apple choose to put in the new imacs is sub-average.. (from a casual gaming point of view).. would be nice if they offered a BTO option for those who want a little more kick in their game performance.
